annette + marcus {engaged + married!}

We’re excited today to bring a two-for-one post, with Annette + Marcus’s perfectly gritty and very sweet engagement session coupled with their very classic and vintage Coral Gables wedding and reception.

We cannot believe how much these two accomplished for their wedding day! All the hundreds of little and perfect details were either made, baked, sewn, designed or printed by them.

The day started by walking into the beautiful St. Michel’s Boutique Hotel, this hotel was made for photography and complimented Annette and Marcus’s vintage feel and decor. It even had a manual elevator and their rooms had beautiful antiques at every turn.

They wisely chose to do a “first look”, which really helped with capturing some sweet and romantic daylight portraits around the hotel. Then off to the ceremony!… where Annette arrived at the suiting Coral Gables Congregational Church in a vintage Rolls Royce. (you should start counting now, how many times I say “vintage and classic”  –  We love it!) Rev. Milan Kralik did a great job presiding over the ceremony. His ceremonies are always completely adorable and loving with a little light-hearted humor.

Their reception was held at Comber Hall, also in the Gables… again another perfect venue to compliment their entire vintage theme. There were so many lovable parts to this reception. Everything from the lively “Hora Loca” to the drool inducing dessert bar, which was all baked by Annette and her family.

Annette and Marcus, we had a blast capturing your gorgeous day. You two are truly awesome people, and we are big, big fans! Thank you again for allowing us to be there along side you on your wedding day!

A very special thanks to:
